I would just like to say thank you so much for inviting me to your Introduction to Reiki yesterday.
You both explained how Reiki works very well and I found the whole day very interesting and worthwhile.
I feel that many other people would benefit from this day even if they only go to find out how to relax properly and become more positive within themselves.
I have began my 21 day diary and will be interested to see how I feel at the end of it.
I would advise people who are unsure about having Reiki treatments to 'go for it' it really relaxes you so much.
I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday Denise for some more 'calm' time.
