Thank you for a really great Reiki 1 teaching day. I am very grateful that you were recommended to me. I slept like a top last night and this morning am reading the manual as I want to change my life. I am committed to doing the self-healing which I did when I got back yesterday as I knew I would be too tired to do this after a meal. I have read some of the testimonials and they are all true. I only wished I lived nearer but if I look to the future maybe in time I can move nearer towards Essex as I am no longer happy in this area. For now I will carry on with the self-healing and my diary and see what clears. I needed this healing path so no doubt I will move forward after this.
