On this course you are required to work with the Hara and visualisation and energy work is essential to progression to deeper depths.

Hi Dave/ Denise, Thx  for the picture, this is defiantly one to treasure. Both Andre & I would like to say a "big thank you!" for arranging such a fun packed day. Starting off at the London Experience was the right thing to do as it really got my adrenaline pumping with fear & excitement rolled into one. Ending the afternoon at the Floatation bath was the most relaxing, tranquil and soothing hour that I've spent as "my time" in a long time. This was a well worth treat and something we would like to do atleast once every two months. Trying it for the first time has made me understand why you've been many times before and as a group to qualify for nearly half the price is more of an incentive for me to go again and again. Please ensure you include Andre & myself when arranging the next group event Thanks again Love and light Teresa xxx

friends, then to our friends and even did a short treatment on my
